Helping you to understand your pain
PainWISE at Vibe Natural Health is not just about pain management. PainWISE is about pain education and prevention. Informed by the advances in evidence-based research to empower you to understand, and
ultimately conquer your pain. Our goal is to find long term pain solution success.
As pain cannot be seen, it is hard to explain to someone exactly what it feels like and therefore it is hard for others to understand just how much it can affect everyday life.
We listen and take you seriously – holding space for you to tell the whole story – after all, you know your pain best, and by listening and asking the right questions we help you discover and understand the contributors to your persistent pain and it may not be what you think it is.
We do this through an integrative team care approach made up of medical and allied health partners with advanced knowledge the factors that contribute to pain, in pain education, anatomy and body structures and pathways who understand the contributors of pain from cellular, tissue, structural, nervous system and emotional states.
At Vibe Natural Health clinic, Grange, in Brisbane’s inner north, we understand how debilitating persistent pain can be. It impacts on all aspects of your quality of life from physical activity, your mood, motivation, sleep quality and wellbeing.
We are committed to providing a community, a clinical knowledge-base if you like, to help you avoid opioid and medication dependence and find long term pain solution success.
A biopsychosocial model – the biological, psychological and social aspect – is considered the prevailing best practice in treating persistent pain. Our broad and holistic collective toolbox will show you how nutrition, manual therapies, mind body approaches, education, connection, counselling, conventional and herbal medicine, exercise and lifestyle modification can work together to reduce inflammation and pain perception and thus your fatigue, and improving physical fitness, mood, sleep, relaxation and overall health.
As an established healthcare clinic composed from an experienced and trusted integrated team experienced in chronic pain management, we can get to the root cause of your persistent pain. Our medical and healthcare practitioners have deep understandings of fibromyalgia, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), sciatica, back and neck pain, headaches, migraines, peripheral neuropathy, myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), chronic
fatigue syndrome (CFS), rheumatoid (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA).
We focus on treating the person in front of us, shaping our treatment to your goals using the most up-to-date evidence-based practice to bring our team of focused modalities together to find the solution for your pain relief and recovery, never forgetting that we are all individual and what works for one person may not for another.
